Description
- Tailor a large survey (XLSform) to suit the needs of Use Cases
- Incorporate feedback from Use Cases and survey teams into surveys as appropriate
- Provide support to Use Cases in using DataScribe – through online support, trainings, SoPs, and other means as needed
- Support EiA teams in designing complex ODK forms
- Assist in the development of documentation for DataScribe (including written and/or visual aids)
- Assist in the development of documentation of specific protocols (e.g., to register farmer, household and activity)
- Maintain EiA’s data management system accounts (e.g., ONA)Support the development of standards (ontologies and thesauri
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in agricultural or other natural science with strong data science experience or Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology degree with strong experience in agriculture domain.
- Experience and comfort with ODK syntax, designing XLSforms with complex syntax and collecting data using ODK Collect.
- Experience with ontology use or development will be a plus.
- Good communication skills and command of English.
